Hotel All Riviera Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen

I recently stayed at the All Riviera Resort, and I must say, the experience was quite mixed. The location is absolutely perfect, just a block from the bus terminal, right on the beach, and close to 5th Avenue. However, the room I got had some issues, particularly with the air conditioning not working. The service was wonderful overall, but there were a few hiccups with reservations. The dining options left something to be desired as well. Still, the value for money was decent given the prime location.

I was really looking forward to my stay, especially given the beautiful beachfront location. The rooms, unfortunately, had quite a few cleanliness issues, which definitely detracted from the experience. The staff was lively and friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring Playa. On the downside, the breakfast options were quite basic and unsatisfying. Overall, it had great potential, but the upkeep needs some serious work.

The hotel offers a perfect location, right on the beach, making it great for body surfing. The service was exceptional—friendly and attentive—although we did encounter an issue with our bags being gone through. The rooms were clean, but honestly, they didn’t stand out as anything special.
